This will work, with one possible change, only if the _printer_ has the IP address. If it's your PC, you need to install an LPD - a print server component. If you have NT or higher, these may be installable from their CD. If not, you need a 3rd party LPD server. But do you have Client Access? Have you paid for PC5250 licenses? Then you can set up a printer emulation session. This is the easiest way but does require a license (c.$300/seat - is it less than that now?) If you are going straight to the printer, the remote print queue parameter might need to be lowercase, as in RMTPRTQ('raw') Not definitely -- _maybe_! If you use an LPD server, YOU define the printer queue. Be sure, if you create it lowercase in the server, that you put apostrophes around it on the 400.
