Vern: All of that is true enough. Perhaps I should qualify my comment with a 
statement that I refer to illegal unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE). If your 
company sends e-mail that fits the legal definition to my registered e-mail 
addresses, your company can be significantly liable. To see the legal

Other states might have different definitions. I wouldn't be surpised if your
