Pam,

Are you current on service packs / PTF's?

You don't mention your specific release, but if you check the site
below, you may find something of benefit.  Client Access requires
updates both on the PC side and the iSeries (host servers).  The nature
of the error indicates that the first place to look would be on the PC,
not the server.

What is the release and service pack level for the PC in question?
