You have it correct. CSV is what you get if you use the defaults on CPYTOIMPF. CPYTOIMPF will create the file in the IFS, you can then e-mail it, copy it, map a drive to it on another server, or whatever you want. In fact, if the users who need access to it are on the local LAN then they could map a network drive to the IFS folder and open the file directly.
