the sticky option leaves the keypad on the screen if you click away from it.
i don't want it to show at all.

a) Go to the Client Access Express Menus and select ASSIST.
b) Select POP-UP KEYPAD SETUP
c) On the POP-UP KEYPAD OPTION, select NO on the STICKY POP-UP KEYPAD.
