a) Go to the Client Access Express Menus and select ASSIST.
b) Select POP-UP KEYPAD SETUP
c) On the POP-UP KEYPAD OPTION, select NO on the STICKY POP-UP KEYPAD.

I do not know much about it; I hope that helps...
