We were able to start raid back up just fine.

We are now going to run through the whole process again, and hopefully we get
the same results as Al this time.

So, then, are you able to start RAID now that you have all the drives
working? I mean, now you've done the manual IPL, and you're back up and
running, albeit without RAID. Can you go into DST now and start RAID? Or
is it still cr*pping out on you?

Have you talked to IBM software service?

Sounds like you better do a Save-21 in addition to your SAVSTG for Sunday's
gig.

We replaced the failed drive, and started the restore storage over again.
It completed again, and then we did a manual IPL and all of the drives are
working. But it did not restart pairity.

Luckily this is not a production box, We get to do that one on Sunday. We
are hoping to work all of the bugs out before doing that one.
