I would assume at a minimum you would need to cycle TCP.  That would be the 
first thing I would try if this were me.

If you can't do this since people are working, go to the job scheduler and add 
a job to ENDTCP *IMMED and have it run at like midnight.  Then at like 1:00 
have another job run STRTCP.

Then you could check to see if it works tomorrow.
