Postal Address Cleanup and Validation

We're looking for some software that we can integrate into an iSeries
application that will help us cleanup/standardize/validate addresses. I've
found PER/ZIP and I know the USPS has an XML HTTP based service that we
could connect to (might even be fun) but I'm looking for other options too.
What other iSeries tools are out there?
