Steven, Based on limited information, I'm tempted to blame the Client Access guy. I assume that's you. I'm assuming that this Windows user can utilize normal PC type printing and that he or she has a number of printers assigned to their Windows session. Assuming that normal PC printing can occur, then the Windows guy has done his job. When you refer to 'print screen', are you talking about the print screen icon on the Client Access session (or file menu) or a print screen key assigned to the keyboard? I think there is a difference. The icon should be handled entirely on the PC. The print screen key should involve the AS/400. I would verify that you have properly assigned a printer in printer setup, then compare all of the entries in printer setup with a workstation which seems to be functioning normally. Somewhere there is a difference. Also, the PC-based print screen will allow for printing a selected portion of the screen. Kinda like a copy/paste. Check that the user hasn't selected an empty portion of the screen.
