You're not clear in showing what steps you've taken up to this point.
Have you installed the Windows Integration Support for Win2000; that
should contain the drivers.  Below is from the Windows Server on iSeries
manual:

Before you install the Windows server software from Microsoft, you need
to install the iSeries Integration for Windows Server base code and
Option 1 for Windows NT 4.0 or Option 2 for Windows 2000 or Windows .NET
Server. Install both options if you plan to run more than one Windows
version on Integrated xSeries Server on your iSeries.
