OpenSSL is open-source software for the PC.  You can get it at:
     http://www.openssl.org

If you have a Linux or *BSD machine handy, you might check them first,
they may already have it installed, since most of them come with OpenSSL
nowadays.

One warning, though, openssl is a programmers tool and may be a bit
technical for you.  You might want to at least try using another web
browser first, just to see if it gives you a more meaningful error
message before going through all the work of getting OpenSSL running.
