Due to various and sundry internal factors, we're still on an older version
of Delphi, but I'm told that we're looking at the new method for DB access.
There have been way too many errors directly attributable to the IBM ODBC
driver (automatic first reaction from support is "did you install the latest
driver?"  Automatic second reaction "Did you put on the latest DB PTFs?").
It is hoped that the new access method will alleviate these pesky problems.
