Again, sorry Bruce, I'm at times too abrasive. I understand now
that the LIPI program has not been discontinued, but it still
doesn't do me any good (and I realize that that is a different
issue), because
1) the program doesn't really cover much of interest (to me at least)
2) the program comes with an onerous NDA, that prevents me from
using what little was useful to me.
