sorry Bruce, this was not meant as an attack, just frustration showing
through. And it is still spin. Bruce knew that only SOME LIPIs are
available. And could have said so. An example of similar spin:
John Ashcroft was asked about a year ago about the FPI Carnivore
project. His answer: "FBI does not have a Carnivore project". It was
renamed DSP1000 (or some such) a month or so before.
