Right ... in other words it is not free of charge, but included in the cost of the 'system'. Since there's not much point buying an AS without OS, this is not unreasonable. However, the cost of buying a new N-way system (with potentially 96 partitions I think) should only include a factor for one super-license for the whole shooting match.
