Syd, to get up to date on V5R1 RPG compiler PTFs, you should have PTFs
SI05032 and SI04193.

But I don't recall a problem like you describe, so getting up to date on
RPG PTFs probably won't help.  (Not that my memory is particularly
infallible ... )
