Subject: help with job queue

Am trying to "attach" jobq QPGMR to a subsystem so that I can use it. If it
is not "attached" to a subsystem, can I "attach" it to any subsystem? I
have searched on "routing entries", "job queue", and variations thereof,
with no luck except for ADDJOBQE. Problem is, I want to see what other job
queues are in a given subsystem and they are using for SEQNBR. I was almost
certain there was a command to show this, but my memory mismembers.
