Mark, I don't have a machine in front of me to check, but I believe that you can determine where you want the print-stream translation to occur. Sounds like it's happening on your PC. Somewhere in all of the settings and definitions, you can tell the system that you have a LaserJet (or whatever) in that location and let the AS/400 do the translation to PCL, not your PC.
