I looked (on v5r1) but could not see *SAVF as the device on SAVSAVFDTA - I
thought was only for going to media. Purpose is to be able to restore
directly from the media, rather than to sav/rst the savf, then rst again
from the savf.

The technique described just does a save of a library that contains SAVFs
