I don't think so (at least not directly) but you could do something
like this:

         CRTLIB SAVFLIB

         CRTSAVF LIB1
         SAVLIB LIB(LIB1) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SAVFLIB/LIB1)

         SAVLIB LIB(LIB2) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SAVFLIB/LIB2)
