Hello Paul, The mentioned suggestions may help, but I do not think all impromptu messages can be dealt with this way, i.e. they will pop up, anyway. To get it fool proof is not possible. To add to the list they should instruct users on how to act on error messages (although there are always stubborn "power users" who know better). An error = an error = an error .... Regards.
