Loyd-- I don't think DDM will give you the performance you'll need. DDM was originally intended for onesy-twosy kinds of remote reads, not bulk transfers. Of course, the speed of the connection between your machines, processor speed, and processor load will affect the final speed. And your mileage may vary. It might be worth a test to see how well it does work-- just do a CPYF of one of your major files via DDM and see how it affects performance. --Paul E Musselman PaulMmn@ix.netcom.nospam.com
