Custom Command

I have a requirement where I would like to create my own custom SBMJOB command
and slip it in place over the QSYS/SBMJOB Command.   I will not be adding or
removing any parms, can still will be calling the same QSYS/QWTCCSBJ CPP.  I
will be checking certain parms, such as *JOBD and *JOBQ and based upon the
current user profile, chang the values prior to passing onto the CPP.   OS Level
is V4R5 and Security Level is 30.

The reason I am taking this approach is to "reverse engineer" into an existing
system that would be to costly in time and dollars to locate each and every
sbmjob and modify.
