Try submitting the job with logging levels of LOG(4 10 *SECLVL) LOGCLPGM(*NO) -Jim James P. Damato Manager - Technical Administration Dollar General Corporation <mailto:jdamato@dollargeneral.com> -----Original Message----- From: Klein, Ron [mailto:ron.klein@acs-inc.com] Sent: Tuesday, June 04, 2002 9:45 AM To: ''MIDRANGE-L' Subject: RMVLNK command Hi All, I have a CL program that deletes a group of files from an IFS directory. I use the RMVLNK command. In the process where it clears the entire directory it works fine except that it logs each and every link that it removes. Problem being of course, with the possibility of 50 - 60,000 files in this directory the job log will certainly file up with useless information. and if we let it wrap we may lose something that we actually would like to see. Is there any way to turn off this logging of each and every successful execution. TIA Ron
