I don't know how current this is, but a knowledge base article <http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/1ac66549a21402188625680b0002037e/5fa7b1f6c3e3a7df86256922006b876c> called "Netserver File Size limit" says that "Windows NT and 9x support a maximum file size of 4Gb (64Gig for NT on Alpha)."
