Rob, Perhaps what you are seeing is that MF28288 fixes a problem which is either high impact or pervasive. MF28308 does not fix such a problem and thus is not listed in SF99097. But MF28308 would be included on the HIPER CD because it is a coreq of MF28288. Just a guess, but it seems to be borne out by the CD contents.
