I don't know if there is a green screen place, but QDIRSRV is the Directory
Service which is controlled in Ops Nav.
(Network / Servers / TCP/IP / Directory)  Go into its properties and clear
the "Start when TCP/IP starts" box.

I can't help with crypto.
