STRTCP errors

Here's the list of messages in the qsysopr message queue after an
IPL and after I put the STRTCP jobd in the QSYSWRK autostart.

The system comes up fine and works properly.  If it's easy I want to do away
with the crud that starts or tries to start and bungles itself which are
marked with *.  Out of context they are:

*      The products required for cryptographic operations are not installed.
*       DNS server cannot start due to errors encountered.
*       Job 035464/QDIRSRV/QDIRSRV ended abnormally.
*       STRTCP completed successfully; however errors occurred.
*       The products required for cryptographic operations are not
installed.
