I think we are talking about the same product although it's tough to be sure
since it seems that every other IBM product is named "Websphere
Somethingorother".  The one I have installed is called Websphere Studio
Application Developer, is based on Eclipse, and has support for Websphere,
Tomcat 3.2.x, and Tomcat 4.X.X.  The site is:
