Can I FTP from the AS/400 to a Novell server?  I am specifying an IP address, 
however I get an error message:

Connecting to host xx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxx at address xxx.xx.xxx.xxx using port xx.
Cannot connect to host xx-xxxx-xxx-xxxx at address xxx.xx.xx.xxx. Try again 
later.

Any help would be appreciated.
