QRWTSRVR

This job apparently handles DDM conversations between my two AS/400's.
Is it safe to kill this job? If so, how do I restart it?

The problem is that during testing, I called a program on System_A,
which called a program on System_B (via the SBMRMTCMD command w/DDM file
parm). The System_B program changed the library list (for testing) and
now the library list in QRWTSRVR is the "test" libray list. And when I
try my job in production, I get the "test" library list
