Unless MVS has changed a WHOLE lot, a block size of 0 is not possible.

You can have block=recsize, which is effectively NO blocking, but
ZERO is not a option. I make a "BIG" assumption that this tape was
created on a IBM mainframe.

You should be able to dump the tape and figure out blocksize....
