RJ45 pins are set to the USOC standard (Pin 4 = Tip, Pin 5 = Ring). I have also had trouble trying to find the TWX-50C-RJ45 baluns which is the part number on our Andrew baluns also. Luckily, I have a whole bag full of Thomas & Betts baluns (038-070-13-00P) that work fine with our Andrew superstar repeaters. Hope this helps. I have a remote client and we need to order some replacements. 2 part numbers they have are TWX-400CNC-RJ45 and TWX-50C-RJ45. Now I can find TWX-50CNC but no exact match. I hate to order and return stuff.
