That's great news, David! Here's a simple (I think) request. Would it be possible to throw a reminder about the boolean option on the Match: dropdown? Since it defaults to 'All', oftentimes I'll think the only other option is 'Any' and completely forget about 'Boolean'. (Now that I've written this, I'll probably never forget that.) *However*, one other enhancement would be to list the syntax that can be used with the boolean search. When I use 'A and B or C', which gets evaluated first? What about 'A or B and C'? Is 'not' allowed? etc. What other types of arguments are there? - Dan Bale (I am *NOT* "Dale" http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200105/msg00281.html ) SAMSA, Inc. 989-790-0507 DBale@SAMSA.com <mailto:DBale@SAMSA.com> Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur. Two changes were made ... 1. The search engine only indexes the body of messages now, before it would index the entire web page... including the headers & footers of the message. A search on the term "Thread" would return 8000+ pages ... now it only returns 1000 or so. 2. Numbers are now indexed ... you can now search on the term 5294 and get valid results.
