Pedro,

There is nothing that would prevent you from running both subsystems.
It is not a standard configuration though.  Most systems are set up to
run either QBASE or QCTL as the controlling subsystem.  If QBASE is the
controlling subsystem, then QINTER would not be run.  If QCTL is the
controlling subsystem, then QINTER would be started when the machine
IPL's.

There is nothing which would stop you from starting all of them, which
seems to be the case on your system.  You may not get predictable
results.  Not only can your interactive work go to multiple subsystems,
you may find that your batch jobs also can go different places depending
on your library list.
