We have recently implemented the Seagull Windows Client Graphical User
Interface and have been experiencing the following problem that our vendor
and Seagull can not yet resolve. Does anyone else have experience with
this problem and what was the solution ?

Windows Client Version serving 930 users, no more than 400 signed on to GUI
at any one time. Per Seagull's suggestion, we are running 20 users on each
server.

There are 3 jobs on the AS400
Data Access Server
License Manager Dameon
License Manager Server

We have random failures of the License Manager Server with the Seagull MSGID
SEA1007: License Management Server cannot contact the Data Access Server.
We can not reproduce the problem at will. During our first week of
operation, last week, we had 5 failures of this type, resulting in having to
get users off the port, then restart the servers. In our division, the
problem has been experienced with as few as 1 user on the product and has
been occuring since we installed the product in January of this year to
test.

We have other divisions in our company that are testing/implementing the
product, and they are experiencing the same issue.

Any suggestions and input will be appreciated.
