In short, yes.

How powerful is the 620 you have 1/2-way? How much main storage do you have?
It CAN "run" natively. I say "run" because it may seem more like a trot or
walk. We have tested Domino R5 in the past on a 1-way 620 and it was pretty
rough - it's MUCH faster on a new uni 270. Also, you may be unable to buy
the latest software for V4R2. I'm not sure if R5 is meant for systems on a
pre-V4R4 release, but I'm probably wrong on that...
