I'd settle for that, but the API (QMHRCVPM) isn't resolving the library at
all.

Or, more specifically, the pointer stored within the job log. Materializing
a new pointer to the program wouldn't work, since I'd need to know the
library. I've checked the Work Management API's, but I don't see anything
that would produce the job log contents.
