Yes and no.  A single configuration instance supports one news plus one pop
server.  You can create multiple data directories and create multiple shortcut
links to launch the program pointing to different configuration files, each with
a different news and/or pop server and other options.  Instructions are in their
FAQ section.

The next version promises to change this -- it is the most requested feature.
