Try saving it to a save file. Then FTP the save file to your PC. At this
point, you should be able to email it. Reverse the FTP steps to restore it
to the destination.

Alternatively, use CA to transfer it to your PC for emailing. If the
recipient is going to restore it to a 400, you should also send them your
filename.FDF file for uploading. He needs to already have the file defined
on his system with the same DDS specs as yours.
