Re: Align(*yes) not working as expected.

I am going to but in here with a question of my own:
We just installed a new IBM 6400 IP printer and it does not seem to be
sending messages to the Operator for a forms change, Why?
we configured it using the CRTOUTQ method with 1 autostart writer.
Is there anything we can do to make it send inquiry messages?
also the os is V5r1 if that makes any difference....

It sounds like your new emulation does not support it.  E.g. LPR/LPD do not
support the "Verify alignment..." message.
