CA mapping usually has the Shift-Insert, etc., keys used. I had to make
mine use the Ctrl-C, etc. The combinations with Ins come from OS/2, I
believe, and used to be more common in the early, close-to-DOS days.
Windows had the Ctrl-C, etc.
