Not sure if you're complaining about the ease-of-use to customize the map (and I've found that alot of products use extrememly clumsy interfaces for this), or if you're critical of the complete inability to find adequate functions (like I complained about with Word-like copy/paste/selection keyboard functions). Frankly, if I can somehow get it mapped, I'm not that concerned how the interface works, since it will be a one-time shot.
