Don't you only see an improvement if you read several records in a row? In
other words, if I reorg by item number and then I chain to item 1 then 9883
then 7332 then 2332 then 123 I should see no performance gain even though
I'm accessing "by item number". However, if I chain or setll to 5 then read
6, 7, 8 and 9 I would see the gain, right?
