I did look at that.  However the user we are able to get the command to work 
under is not the same administrator that is signed on to the desktop.  So that 
does not hold true.  That was my first thought that we are using a generic user 
for the runrmtcmd and it is administrator signed on the server,  but we were 
able to get it to run as long as it was a user with full administrator rights 
on that box.  So it must come down to a certain permission.

That knowledge base article I mentioned had something about authentication
differences in W98 and NT, I think. There can be only one user, I think.
Take a look.
