If you need it in a hurry, go to www.iseries.ibm.com/support and look for
the Preventive Service Planning link. There'll be all you need under v4r5.
Check your system (DSPPTF) for the level you're at. You probably know all
this  :-)

If you have some kind of support contract (supportline, say) you should be
able to order directly from the fulfilment center (can find on support
page). You'll get the latest and greatest delivered to you. Just don't
order CUMs and individual ptfs together.

There's also info on group ptfs there.
