2)  Yes, V4R5 is the last release to create V3R2 code.
Repeating a story often told.  There was a major software house that asked
their people at a users conference if they would be upset if they didn't
support any release before VxRyMz.  All the users clapped and cheered.  It
seems that they wanted an excuse to give management to upgrade.
