usually the biggest problem is the ip address/hostname.
Make sure that in CFGTCP option 12 you have the hostname and domain name
setup. Aslo the host name search priority set to *LOCAL.
then in option 10 make sure there is an entry for the name that is
configured in the above step with the ip address of the system.
give that a try.
