This looks like something I"ve used to report problems and order PTFs. I like reporting problems here, much more than calling IBM's support system. This is because I don't need to wait on the phone, but can get replies with email. I found it very handy. Ordering fixes was also something I liked. I was able to order anything I needed and got all the other required and updated fixes along with those I ordered. It also sounds like this has the feature wherein IBM can know of any problem on your system automatically. This requires that you have IBM do your hardware support, at least here in the States. Our interface to this kind of thing is a little different from yours. I tried yours and was able to log in to the point of entering country and phone information, which I did not know. We usually get to this by selecting a country first.
